Perma-Frost White Roofing Chippings. Clean, dry, frost resistant chippings providing high reflectance, keeping interiors cool and protecting waterproof membranes from UV light. Exceeding industry standard products for flat roofing, exposed concrete finishes and pebble dashing.

Pack Size: 15kg. Product available as either 32x15kg packs (480kg) or 66x15kg packs (990kg) secured onto a pallet.

Stone Size: Nominal 6mm

Coverage: 15kg pack covers up to 1.5 Sqm at single chipping depth. ie 32 pack pallet will cover approximately 48 sqm.

Product Application:

Flat Roofing:
Top quality white quartz product for flat roof extensions. Product provides for higher reflectance than limestone chippings, helping to maintain a structure's internal temperature and protect the roofing membrane from UV light degradation. The product's low water absorption helps to improve drainage, renders the product to be non frost susceptible and prevents algal, lichen and moss growth.

Pebble Dashing:
Suitably sized for the renovation of pebble dashing (harling) and especially useful as a cost effective option for concrete surfaces intended to be finished with masonry paint.

Coverage will depend on the skill of the applicator, the density of cover required and wastage during application. As a guide application rates in the order of of 5kg per sqm may be expected. ie a 15kg pack could be expected to cover approximately 3sqm.

Exposed Aggregate Concrete:
An aggregate widely used in terrazzo flooring and exposed aggregate finishes. When utilised as a component of exposed aggregate concrete the stone's resistance to abrasion and polishing renders a white "grano" anti-slip surface.

Colour:
We take great care to provide accurate images, however, shade variations can occur with natural sands, gravels and crushed rock aggregates. Please ask for samples if colour is critical to your application.
