White Beach Dune Sand: Professional Tropical Island Staging and Event Surface.

Imaging and Film Assignments:
With a white yet low reflectance surface and good product holding capabilities this is the perfect sand for tropical isle film assignments and product photo shoots. The sand doesn't appear grainy for macro shots, and when walked on it is kind to toes.

Whilst the sand has a natural moisture content, as it dries out it doesn’t “cake” and importantly it is clean and doesn't stain clothes or other props.
Being colourfast the sand can be used under water. Some slight initial clouding may occur but this will rapidly drop out of suspension

Merchandise Production:
This sand can be used for layering in glass ware and for use with candles, however, you may require to allow the sand to dry out first.

Window Dressing:
The sand is dust free and hence finds specific application for tropical beach themed window dressing, events and promotions, however, you may require for the sand to dry out first.

Whilst the sand is free draining if it becomes contaminated or dirty it can be washed with clean water.

This sand is not specifically designed for loose lay playground surfacing, however, if laid at 150mm depth the sand fulfils attenuation properties as defined in BS EN 1177 Impact Absorbing Playground Surfacing for critical fall heights of up to 600mm.

Arts and Crafts:
Colourfast and once dried can be stuck to creations using conventional glues including hot glue.

With the addition of a small amount of water the sand can be shaped and moulded. (This is moulding in the common useage of the word - the sand is not specifically recommended as a moulding sand for hot metal casting.) It makes amazing sand castles! Our white beach sand is effective as a filler/extender in resin (Dry first depending on resin type) and cement systems.

This product option is supplied packed in safe and easy to handle weatherproof packs stacked on a wooden pallet. Packs are stretch wrapped onto the pallet for added protection and security.

Pallets are delivered by national couriers and off-loaded onto a level hard-standing using vehicle tail-lift and pallet truck. Our couriers do not offer a crane (Hiab) off-load facility.

Pallet deliveries by national couriers are not advised for locations with narrow or difficult access. Please advise during checkout or contact our office for advice if you have specific delivery requirements or concerns.

Failed deliveries due to problems with access which as not been pre-notified will be returned to our warehouse and charged for both outward and return delivery,

The immediate product wrapping, pallet stretch wrap and wooden pallet can all be recycled.
